#49095: ci: fix import in issue opened workflow

Description of Change
Fast follow-up to #48246. I wasn't able to test that workflow originally since it needs to be triggered by an issue being opened, but now that it was merged and we had an issue opened it's clear this line got missed and needs to be updated to fix the workflow.
