Description of Change

Updates the version of micromark-core-commonmark being used by markdownlint-cli2 to get a bug fix which was hiding a legitimate linting error (already fixed in main). For unknown reasons @Bug-Reaper's environment seems to have not been using the lockfile which caused them to discover this issue and report it. The Markdown fix was included in #49717.

Failing CI run with the Markdown issue restored to validate this surfaces it correctly.
