#54738: ci: bump siso artifact retention days

Description of Change
Retaining this for only one day can leave a stalled release job in an unrecoverable state, so retain it for more time to allow unblocking a stuck job later on. I chose 5 days arbitrarily with the goal of providing enough time that a job which stalls at the end of one week (late Thursday night, for example) could still be recovered the following Monday/Tuesday given holidays, etc. Happy to change it if there's a compelling reason to retain it for less time.
