#55397: fix: silently ignore legacy --no-stdio-init switch
Merged
Description of Change
Follow-up to #53459, addressing review feedback in #55366.
Removing --no-stdio-init also removed the filtering that prevented Node.js from parsing it. Existing launchers using ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE therefore fail at startup with a bad option error.
Restore silent filtering to ease migration. This does not restore the switch's original behavior or change automatic Windows NUL detection. The switch remains obsolete and should be removed from application launch arguments.
Update the command-line and breaking-change documentation accordingly.
