#55578: refactor: remove unused const-pointer accessor specialization
Merged
Description of Change
Remove the unused AccessorValue<const T*> specialization and its RAW_PTR_EXCLUSION dependency. All current Dictionary::SetGetter call sites use mutable RenderFrameHost* values and the existing frame converter, so the active getter behavior and the value/const-reference specializations are unchanged.
Validation
- Targeted C++ lint and formatting checks passed.
- Self-contained accessor template/type checks passed.
- The active frame converter passed a syntax check with the configured Chromium compiler flags.
- Broader compilation was attempted but is blocked by pre-existing Chromium/Node source and configuration mismatches in the local checkout.
